2026: THE YEAR OF

TRANSCENDING

"Blessed to bring in ’26 with the one I love."

WOW. 2026. It doesn’t even seem real.

Now this makes sense! Besides my period which just ended around basically YESTERDAY, I have been feeling physically ill lately—and not how you’d think. Ladies, have you ever been on your period and you get this disgusting, nasty, metallic-like taste in your mouth? If so, then you know EXACTLY what the fuck I'm talking about. Now imagine that, times x2, for like 4 days straight.

• S I C K and FUCKING tired of it! •

I was talking to a colleague of mine the other day & she was telling me:
"Maybe you’re actually shedding more than you think."
She was right.

This year was ending, and so was I. Shedding, peeling back the layers, the deep things I was so rightful to leave behind. It's about motherfucking time! If you guys only knew the level of shit I had filled within me—drowning in feces of the past, holding on to hurt and people that have caused me much turmoil and pain.

Goodbyes are never easy, but honestly, who said they even have to happen? You see how life runs on its own terms and never asks if you're ready?! This time I was a little more prepared, beknown to what lie ahead of me.

I guess I've had enough experience of never getting the answers I seek, or the goodbyes I desired, to know that closure is merely a personal thing. Endings happen on their own terms. Whether forced or by accident; it is merely a facet of life itself.

When something ends—there's something amazing waiting on the other side of it. We don't always know it, we can't always see it, and that's what scares us the most. The uncertainty, the wonder of what if, what will, what could be.

That's also the thrill, the seeking, the high that we all get from the grand rollercoaster of living. To live, and to transcend. This year—do just that.

Transcend:

  • • To rise above or go beyond the limits of something.
  • • To surpass or exceed what is ordinary.
  • • To be greater, better, or more important.
  • • To go beyond usual limits.

To transcend is to go beyond what’s expected, normal, or possible.

So this year, I don’t want you to start with the usual broken promises—the weight loss goals, the spending habits, the “new year, new me” lies we tell ourselves. I want you to promise yourself something real.

• I promise to stay consistent, even on the days I don’t feel like myself.
• I love myself enough to try—to try the things that scare me, to have the hard conversations that require honesty, to dig deeper than I ever have before.
• I promise myself the hugs I forgot to give, the dates I never took myself on, the softness I’ve withheld, and the discipline I’ve avoided.
• I promise to practice consistency—to meet myself in the shadows, to sit with the parts that hurt, to learn who I am on a level no one else ever has.

THIS is what I want for your year:

Abundance in self-love.
Abundance in self-worth.
Healing the pain you’ve carried.
Finding strengths you didn’t know existed.
Acknowledging the parts of yourself you hid for protection.

This year, I want growth. I want honesty. I want responsibility.
This year I want you to step into the uncomfortable.

This year is for you. This year is for your soul.

HEAL. LOVE. GROW.

Yours Truly,

NEB
