This is the normal thing we have taught ourselves. In many ways this is true. And in so many ways, it is not.
The disappearance is certainly most intentional.
What better way to quiet the noise? To settle in-amidst the rumble.
I have to remind myself that suffering is not positive for the true result of healing, but going through the stages of what one has to in order to get to the other side, is.
This can get confusing.
Depends on the trauma.
The background.
The story.
What happened, and how you dealt with it. These things I have learned, matter. They most certainly play a part. If one was taught that their love is dependent upon survival then one would most certainly think that consistent hardened time are theirs to always bear. A result of childhood trauma now put in our adult hands. We are the only key.
So, you see.
It is quite the opposite. We must consistently expose the nervous system to circumstances and stimuli that one has never experienced or has very little comfortability being in or of. That is the secret to healing. Over and over. Again and again. And it's odd isn't it? The way one's body fights this very remedy? The remedy most certainly meant to heal you. To bring you comfort, and joy.
Oh..It's rather.
In a way one might say.
The withering and writhing about. All hours of the night. The sweats and bonkered dreams…..
And then this.
The way one begins to talk.
As is they were cryptic. Born in another time. In another language of era.
As if everything they were saying makes sense. To everyone, and everywhere.
Yes.
That's it…
And then there we are.
Back to the beginning. The reality of it all.
We are here.
Healing.
Trying to get to the nirvana of dreams. The october that feels….
Yes.
Yes, that's it.
So here I am. And now you know where I've been.
And I'll be back in a flash…
leaving
and coming home.
