MOVE

The Re-building:

YOU HAVE GOT TO GET OFF OF YOUR ASS AND MOVE!

This is not a choice.

It's a physical MUST.

I'm not saying you gotta start some hard ass workout on a daily basis, however you DO need to start a regimen for yourself, and you need to start it NOW.

L A Z Y.

The cringing at this word absofuckinglutely KILLS ME.

OH, GROW UP!

I said it!

So many freaking lazy people, full of excuses! and I was one of them!

"It's so important that you understand PRACTICE.
Practice in EVERY SINGLE FUCKING THING YOU DO."

This, THIS is the secret to loving yourself and healing.

You absolutely CANNOT give up practice.

EVERY SINGLE DAY, you have to physically get up and care for yourself.

THIS IS NOT AN OPTION.

I know, you're sitting here reading, thinking?

"The fuck is this bxtch talking about? I DO CARE FOR MYSELF."

BETTER, OKAY? I MEAN BETTER!

I'm not talking about the get up, brush your teeth, put on deodorant bullshit routine we all are SUPPOSED to do, but some of us fail to even do that shit.

I'm talking about the EXTRA maintenance.

The high-fives in the mirror, the smiles you need to see every day when you look up and wipe the crust out the corner of your damn eye.

THAT shit, okay?!

I'm talking about writing yourself letters, and jotting down questions and ideas for you to actually go through later.

I mean waking up and actually making that meal prep you've been saying you were going to do but haven't for the past 6 months.

Shit like that not only saves you time, but it actually FILLS and KEEPS the promises you make and BREAK to yourself on a daily.

I was and still am guilty of it.

I am not perfect, I am human.

"I practice.
The shit out of everything, every single day."

I smile to myself, even when I make mistakes.

I laugh when things aren't as light as they should be.

I clean, even when I really don't feel like it, but I understand that for who I am, and the things I need, a minimal clean environment does my nervous system, REALLY fucking good.

I PRACTICE LEARNING. I PRACTICE DOING. I PRACTICE BECOMING.

I am actively practicing to be the best woman I see myself to be, every single day.

So, practice with me.

Practice for you.

Be the best man, the best woman that you know you should be.

"Practice is sacred journey. It requires honesty, and rest.
It is not something that can be rushed, because it is something that is purely meant to be experienced."

I wish you the best practices that practice can be.
